The tenth day of the Durga Puja is Dashami. Maa Durga achieved victory over Mahisashur. She will depart now for Kailash. Sindoor Khela is one of the main attraction during the visarjan parba. This celebration ends with immersion of the Durga murti into the water.   Suvo Bijoya

This is a must visit temple on way to mussorie. Everyone stops here to get blessings from the Lord Shiva. The unique thing about this temple is that you can not give offerings to God but you will get prasad from here and sip a cup of tea. All you have to do is wash the tea cup by yourself

Recently, I did a trip to Haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussorie. It was some experience to Devlok. I throughly enjoyed there during my stay. I will be uploading some photos of my trip. Ganga Aarti is a unique experience at Harki Pauri. Harki Pauri is a 2.5 km away from the Haridwar Railway station. Autos are available from station to Kotwali. Then you can use toto van or walk the few more distance to the Ghat
